Itai Jamshy

I’ve taken a liking to the camera since a young age - recording movies and documenting many moments on my miniDV handycam. Since then, I have dedicated my life to become a filmmaker.

After graduating high-school, where I majored in Film Studies, I served in the IDF’s Education Corps’ Film Unit - Filming and directing documentaries and short films presenting social issues soldiers face in their service.

Now I’m at the verge of completing my BFA in Filmmaking at the Tisch School of Film & Television at the Tel-Aviv University after writing and directing two short films and filming a dozen of other shorts while working as a freelance director, videographer and editor, helping other people realize their own stories and dreams.
